My son’s frustration trying to figure out how to sift through 20 hours of recorded online classes to find the section he wanted to study. This got my brain churning as I was experiencing the same dilemma with business content.
I knew that searching across videos was happening and helpful, but what if we could could take that to the next step and search inside each video. This would create an easy way for people find exactly what they need when they need it—a major breakthrough for how companies and their customers engage, and very helpful for my kids. Thinking that one great application for this would be sales demos, Omedym (my demo spelled backward) was born.
Over the past few years, we have evolved from there to the Omedym Self-Service Engagement™ platform. Leveraging smart watchable assets, businesses can easily engage across the entire customer journey: suspect, prospect, onboarding, renewals, upgrades, and support.
